At Hawksbee Atelier, the majority of our pieces are custom made to order, meaning each item is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds as standard practice.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. If you have any concerns about your order, we are happy to review these on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a resolution that works for you.
