1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of Hawksbee Atelier and any orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Hawksbee Atelier is based in England and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Commissions & Custom Orders

All commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total order value, payable upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to dispatch or collection.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard sized pieces: 14 working days from receipt of deposit.

Custom/bespoke pieces: 21 working days from receipt of deposit.

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary during busy periods. We will always communicate any delays as soon as possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

As the majority of our pieces are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds as standard. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
